Paddle - Mountain Bike - Trail Run
A test of endurance in a picturesque part of the world, as featured on season 3 of the “Boundless” television show. Pick the 2-3h Suntrail Course either Solo or in canoe teams of 2, or the all-out 7-11h Buff Long Course in Solo, Tandem or split it up with Relay. You can also do a sprint-sized Subaru Duathlon which is paddle-bike-paddle for approx. 25km
PLUS: Live Entertainment, Outdoor Live Site, Local Food, Post-Race Massages, HUGE prizes from Bikeface & Devinci, and Air North round-trip flight vouchers, plus an awesome, low-waste welcome package. Rental gear available from Alternative Wheels & Suntrail Source for Adventure & Explorer's Tread. Summer House Park Kids Race takes place after the Suntrail course so that you can cheer your kids. Catch an exclusive guided tour of the Bruce Peninsula Bird Observatory at Cabot's Head Lighthouse. Join Dr. Stefane Menu for a VIP look at the important work of this picturesque research station.
Rating: This adventure is rated moderate. Light walking at bird observatory, followed by moderate trail hiking over uneven terrain with slippery sections.

ECO ADVENTURES Birding by the Bay
Would you like to see Saturn’s rings, or Apollo’s 11’s landing spot on the moon? Do the ideas of Star Nurseries, Planetary Nebula and Coloured Stars intrigue you? Do you want to know how to distinguish stars from the planets? Join us and discover the wonder and mystery of our Peninsula’s dark skies by taking part in the Biosphere’s Bayside Astronomy Program.
Sessions are offered in the summer at Miller Lake Campground on Monday nights and Summer House Campground on Wednesday nights. Additionally we’re at the Bruce Peninsula National Park’s Singing Sands every Sunday night. All sessions are easy driving distance from Hiker's Heron B&B, Dyers Bay. Book now to enjoy!
